About Me
I completed an Honours degree in a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology at the University of KwaZulu Natal in 2007. In 2009 I did my Registered Counselling internship (specializing in Trauma) at Durban's McCord Hospital, and passed my board exam the following year, I have been practising in the field since 2010. I am currently completing my Masters degree in Psychology via a dissertation on the relationship between childhood emotional neglect and self-compassion in adults.
I also offer Employee Assistance Programmes at Corporate and Academic Institutions, specializing in soft skills training and individual / group counselling.
