I offer counselling for adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of life challenges. Sessions are available in-person in Morningside, Durban, and online.

Childhood Emotional Neglect

Childhood emotional neglect can affect emotional regulation, self-worth, and relationships in adulthood. While this is an area of interest in my work, it is not my only focus — I support clients with a broad range of concerns.

My approach is warm, practical, and evidence-informed. I aim to create a calm, confidential space where you can explore what you’re experiencing at your own pace, without judgement.

Where helpful, I integrate emotional awareness, self-compassion, and skills-based strategies to support real change in daily life. The goal is not long-term dependence on counselling, but to help you develop insight, tools, and confidence to move forward more independently over time.

The number of sessions varies depending on the person and the focus. This will be discussed in the initial session, and we will agree on a plan that balances your needs with what is practical and sustainable for you.
